Air Damper Effect on Temperature and Airflow Distribution in Enhancing Thermal Comfort Performance

Heating, ventilating, and air-conditioning (HVAC) technology keeps growing towards providing people with good thermal comfort indoor air quality. Most buildings use a centralized system in which the air-handling configuration of variable volume (VAV) focuses on controlling zone temperature. But, some areas facing under-actuated over-actuated airflow lead to distortion comfort. Some get too cold, hot due improper distribution. The temperature inconsistency will affect occupants' productivity work performance. main focus this research is improve environment's performance by implementing an active damper as device for system.
